Welcome to REDACTEDPB. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to REDACTEDPB. REDACTEDPB operates this website and online store, including all related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). REDACTEDPB is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & APPAREL DISCLAIMER

REDACTEDPB offers apparel and lifestyle products inspired by paintball culture.

  • Products are for casual wear and expression only and are not protective equipment.
  • REDACTEDPB apparel does not provide any safety protection in paintball or other activities.
  • You are responsible for using proper certified paintball safety gear when playing.

We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately; however, variations may occur due to device settings and print-on-demand processes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders are offers to purchase. REDACTEDPB reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed. Once accepted, orders cannot be modified or canceled except at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, errors, or misuse.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or import fees unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize REDACTEDPB to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only.

REDACTEDPB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—including logos, designs, graphics, product names, and branding—is the exclusive property of REDACTEDPB.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

  • You grant REDACTEDPB a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and business purposes
  • You confirm it does not infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or harmful to the brand.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

REDACTEDPB uses Shopify as a platform provider.

All transactions are between you and REDACTEDPB. Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to your purchase.

REDACTEDPB is a lifestyle apparel brand, not a manufacturer of protective equipment.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents occurring during paintball or related activities
  • Wearing REDACTEDPB products does not imply safety or protection
  • Participation in paintball is at your own risk

You agree to release REDACTEDPB from any liability related to injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in paintball activities.

SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

REDACTEDPB disclaims all warranties, including:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Venue shall be in Collin County, Texas
  • You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Texas courts

At REDACTEDPB’s discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.

SECTION 18 – CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION

REDACTEDPB reserves the right to:

  • Dispute fraudulent chargebacks
  • Provide transaction records to payment processors
  • Ban accounts involved in abuse or fraud

False chargebacks may result in legal action.

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice.

All obligations prior to termination remain enforceable.

SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
